Stakeholder Engagement and Challenge

We are providing technical and reporting advice to two Customer Challenge Groups as part of their scrutiny and challenge of the 2015 – 2020 Business Plans of Bristol Water plc and Wessex Water Services. The Groups comprise representatives from many stakeholder organisations including customer, water quality and environmental regulators, local government, environment and countryside groups, businesses and customer-focused charities. We have authored the Challenge Groups’ reports to Ofwat which form a key component of the 2014 Periodic Review of prices.
